Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from my studio in Brisbane, Australia!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout for domestic (Australia) orders over $80 AUD, and international orders over $150 AUD.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I currently offer international shipping to a large variety of countries. Please check my Shipping Policies to check if your country is included.
Unfortunately I am unable to ship to the UK & Europe at this time. For my UK & Europe customers, please visit my Etsy store to shop my products! I hope to offer shipping to the UK & Europe in the future.
I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for Australian orders
- Please allow 1-4 weeks for tracked international orders
- Please allow 3-6 weeks for untracked international orders
I aim to dispatch orders once or twice a week. Delays may occur during busy periods.
If you have selected tracked shipping, you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched containing an Australia Post tracking number. You can track your package via the Australia Post website.
If the above delivery estimates have elapsed and your order has not arrived, please contact me!
Are duties/taxes included?
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. USA tariffs are included in the product price for USA orders.
I need to change/cancel my order
If you require any changes to your order including change of shipping address, or if you'd like to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP with your order number by email at sarahmayarts@outlook.com and I'll see what I can do to help. If your order hasn't shipped yet, I should be able to help you!
Once your order has shipped, unfortunately I am unable to make any changes to or cancel your order.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
For any exchanges, please contact me within 30 days of purchase. You will need to ship the items back at your own expense, so please be aware of this before ordering.
I do not typically offer refunds. Please visit my Refund Policy for more information.
If your item is defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order and I'll see what I can do to help!
Who made your products?
I did! All my products are 100% designed by me. A large portion of my products are homemade, including prints, stickers and sticker sheets.
A small amount of items are manufactured externally, but all items are quality controlled and hand packed by me before they are shipped out.
Are your stickers waterproof?
My die-cut stickers are laminated and are waterproof within reason. They are dishwasher safe and suitable for use on cars, though I would recommend against placing on cars that are frequently parked in direct sun as slight fading may occur with prolonged UV exposure.
My sticker sheets are unfortunately not waterproof at this time. I'm working on it!
Can I buy your products in-person?
Yes! I frequently pop up at markets and conventions around Australia. Please refer to my upcoming events page to see where I'll be next!
I'm a business, can I purchase your products wholesale?
Yes! Please contact me here or via email at sarahmayarts@outlook.com and I'll be in contact with a wholesale catalogue and price guide. Alternatively, I have a Faire storefront for wholesale customers!
