Refund policy
Returns & exchanges:
We understand that there are times where an item may not meet your expectations or you may change your mind.
If you've reconsidered your purchase, we offer a 30 day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact when returning.
For returns, you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, please contact us with your name and order number at sarahmayarts@outlook.com. A full refund will be issued once the item is safely back in our hands and its original condition has been confirmed.
Damages or faults:
If there is an issue with the product itself, like a defect or fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will find a solution to rectify the situation, be it a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if defective or damaged. If this is the case, please email us at sarahmayarts@outlook.com.
Refunds:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.
Shipping issues:
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we will issue a refund less the original shipping cost. For lost parcels caused by incorrect address details, we cannot offer a refund.
Cancelling an order:
You are entitled to cancel an order for any reason at any time before the shipping label has been purchased. Please contact us immediately with your request. A full refund including shipping costs will be returned to your original payment method. Kindly note that your funds will not show up immediately and may take some time to process (up to 5 business days). If your order has been shipped, it is not eligible to be cancelled.
