Shipping Policy
Shipping information
Processing times: All orders are packed at our home office in Brisbane, Australia. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. If we encounter any significant delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, we will get in touch directly to provide updates.
Shipping times:
- Within Australia: typically 1-2 weeks
- International shipping: typically 1-4 weeks for tracked orders, 3-6 weeks for untracked orders

Express shipping upgrades are available at checkout.
These shipping times are an estimate only and can fluctuate depending on the destination. Please allow up to 1-4 weeks of additional transit time during holidays and peak seasons.
United Kingdom & European Union: Unfortunately we are unable to offer shipping to the UK & EU at this time, but we encourage UK & EU customers to shop my Etsy store instead. As a small business, we do not have the resources to collect and remit VAT on behalf of our customers, but we hope to be able to provide this in the future.
Untracked shipping: For orders containing only stickers, sticker sheets or A6 art prints, untracked shipping is available. This is a much cheaper option, but please keep in mind that these orders take longer to arrive (up to 3-6 weeks). We do not offer refunds for lost/unreceived mail if you choose untracked shipping. If you have any concerns, we recommend upgrading to standard tracked or express shipping.
Import taxes for international orders:
Customs and import taxes may apply for international orders, which are the buyer's responsibility. Sarah May Arts holds no responsibility for any customs-related duties and fees. If your parcel is returned for VAT/tariff/tax reasons, we are unable to provide a refund.
USA tariffs are included in the product price for USA customers (and paid on behalf of the customer), effective September 2025.
Shipping confirmation and tracking: Once your order has dispatched, you can expect a shipping confirmation email from us. For tracked orders, this includes an Australia Post tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Lost or returned parcels:
- If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, failure to collect it from the post office or failure to pay applicable duties/taxes, we will attempt to contact you, reconfirm your delivery details, and resend the package. The customer will be liable for the additional shipping costs. A refund of the product cost less shipping fees is also available.
- If your parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided by you, we are unable to offer a refund.
If we have made an error in processing the order, we will incur all costs to get a replacement to you.
If you suspect your package has gone missing, is lost or delayed, please contact us at sarahmayarts@outlook.com. If you have been provided with a tracking number, please additionally contact the local courier in regards to the packages whereabouts.
Returns and exchanges: Please refer to our Refund Policy.
Damaged parcels: In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we will issue you a full refund or replacement. Please reach out with a photo showing the damage for us to review, which can be sent to sarahmayarts@outlook.com. Please include your name and order number.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include options for untracked letter mail (if applicable), standard tracked shipping and express shipping.
Free shipping is available and automatically applied at checkout for:
- Domestic (Australia) orders over $80 AUD
- International orders over $150 AUD
