You can update your address, payment details and more from the subscription portal and cancel/pause your subscription at any time 💕

Please note - if you do not receive your Little Sprout Club letter by 4 weeks after the shipping date has elapsed, please get in touch with me via email sarahmayarts@outlook.com and I will re-send your letter. Mail is sent by untracked letter mail so occasionally, things can get lost - but let me know and I'll make it right!

FAQs:

When will my monthly mail ship?

Monthly mail is shipped from the 10th of each calendar month and sent at least weekly thereafter. Delays may occur if rewards are not ready yet (in which case they will ship as soon as they are done - even if you've since cancelled your subscription!). For example, if you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st of the month (AEST), your monthly mail will ship from the 10th of that month.

When will I receive my monthly mail? Is there a tracking number?

Little Sprout Club is sent via letter post (untracked) from the 10th of each month. Mail arrives in a stamped envelope and no tracking number is available. If you live in Australia, letters tend to arrive within 2 weeks. For my international friends, letters can take a month or more to arrive. If you haven't received your mail within 4 weeks (Australia) or 6 weeks (overseas) of them shipping, please contact me via email at sarahmayarts@outlook.com 🤍

I've moved - how can I update my address?

You can update your address, payment details and pause or cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal under your account. Please email me at sarahmayarts@outlook.com if you need help and I'll happily walk you through it! 

I put the wrong address, help me!

No stress - send me an email at sarahmayarts@outlook.com and I'll ensure your address is updated before your letter ships out.

When is Little Sprout Club billed each month?

Little Sprout Club is billed on the same day of the month that you initially sign up - so if you sign up on the 15th of September, you'll be billed on the 15th of October and the 15th of November, etc. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you will need to do so before your next billing cycle.
